Job Description
• Excellent abilities in space planning, detailing Home Materials knowledge.
• Must have management level experience in Merchandising for Home Materials at the Retail business.
• Monitor the competitor activities (Products, Price and Promotion).
• Develop strategies to ensure cost savings and supplier performance targets and met or exceeded.
• Investigate the market price and dealing with suppliers.
• Ensure standardized display items for the shop.
• Change display to promote new product launches and seasonal theme.
• Create brand image, interior and exterior display.
• Check and list new item, promotion and price change.
• Managing internal transaction for ordering and receiving goods and services
• To negotiate a promotion, purchase price, in-store activities with the supplier.
• Manage and ensure the personal development of all subordinates.
• Mentors and coaches the team member to ensure goals are exceeded.
• Couching new merchandisers to conduct their merchandising tasks.
• Perform any other task as assigned by management if required.
Job Requirement
• Bachelors’ degree with related certificate or diploma.
• Minimum 6 years of working experiences in related fields.
• Fluent Communication & relationship skills.
• Englishs Proficiency skills needed.
• Good verbal and written communication English skills.
• Must be Computer Literacy. (Word, Excel, Internet, Email).
• Must b travel if necessary.
