Description and Requirement
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities at the Back Office Site: arranging resources for shifts, ensuring resources are allocated to their tasks accordingly, ensuring each shift is properly staffed: shift managers, supervisors, validators
- Be on site, ensure Back Office work is executed according to guidelines and act as a Subject Matter Expert for Back Office activities
- Responsible for QAT's (Quality Assurance Technicians) training to ensure staff is fully trained for the required tasks and activities.
- Manage the training team: ensure preparation of relevant training materials, ensure training is executed according to requirements
- Manage the data team: ensure data activities are executed to ensure customer environments are ready on schedule and on an ongoing basis
- Ensure ongoing performance measurements and corrective action is taken according to agreed performance procedure
- Responsible for other site deliverables and ensure they are executed on time: reports, support for other Trax offices and other activities if required
- Manage the communication channels with Trax Offices/other back offices and representatives including data specialists and project managers
- Arrange training sessions for relevant projects and ensure resources are training in adherence to the tasks they are required to execute
- Ensure site infrastructure – internet, power, transportation– is in order. If not, report to Head of Global Office Operations and take necessary steps to recover faults
- Being the daily point of contact for employee HR issues
- Being the daily point of contact for the back office administration
