Description and Requirement

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Manage brand budgets and optimize spending to achieve desired results.
  • Evaluate marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing in the FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing campaigns.
    • Stay current on market trends and competitive activities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Time : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (6 days)
