Description and Requirement

  • Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure high levels of customer service standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • 4 years of strong customer service experience in any logistics industry, third party logistics or freight forwarding companies
  • Experience in border logistics and international trade operation is preferred
  • Good understanding of shipping documents used in 3PL logistics trade
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using customer matrix creation
  • Office Hour - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (6 Days)
