Description and Requirement
Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure high levels of customer service standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
4 years of strong customer service experience in any logistics industry, third party logistics or freight forwarding companies
Experience in border logistics and international trade operation is preferred
Good understanding of shipping documents used in 3PL logistics trade
Excellent communication skills with clients, team members and stakeholders.
Proficient in using customer matrix creation
Office Hour - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (6 Days)
