Description and Requirement

Job Description

-Direct and coordinate activates of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales and /or distribution of products.

-The factory Deputy General Manager will primarily be responsible for assuring the smooth operation of the 200+ Person facilities.

-Duties: Control all day-to-day operations; supervise a staff, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, Customers Service, Production Control, and Raw Purchasing.

-Responsible for the facilities On Time Delivery and Quality metrics Organize worker teams and motivate the staff.

-Constantly find ways to increase productivity by better work methods and process automation.

-Regularly and consistently report on the facility’s activities to the Management.

-Develops a thorough understanding of custom box manufacturing methods to better suggest improvements.

-Develops strategic plan by studying objectives by establishing plans. Budgets and results measurements allocation resources, reviewing progress, making mid-course corrections.

-Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets and result measurements, allocating resources, reviewing progress, making mind-course corrections.

-Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services polices and practices, coordinating actions with corporate staff.

-Building Company image by collaborating with customer, government, community organizations and employees enforcing ethical business practices.

-Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

-Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials and staff members as necessary.

Benefits

-Minimum requirement of Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.

-At least 5-8 Years’ experience in similar position within a food Related manufacturing and Export Company (Seafood Experience will be an advantage).

-Candidate must be age between 40 to 45.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

-Should be able to communicate well in English in both written and speaking.

Should have great understanding of seafood market trends in Myanmar.
