Finance Manager

Description and Requirement

• Produce financial reports and statements tp provide insights into the financial status of the organization.
• Prepare monthy, quarterly & yearly management reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets to guide the organization's financial planning
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead the finance team responsible
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient financial operations
• Ensure that all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation
• identify and manage financial risks to safeguard the organization's assets
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper managements to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and support organizational goals.

Requirements

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required. Advanced certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as strong numeracy skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and recognize patterns to build financial forecasting models.
• Outstanding communication and report writing skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
