Description and Requirement

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as posting job advertisements and maintaining candidate databases
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Assist with organizing team events and activities

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
    • 1 year of experience in the Recruitment industry
    • Must be between (25) and (30) years of age
    • Must have experience with Employee Relations
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
    • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
