Description and Requirement
Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as posting job advertisements and maintaining candidate databases
Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Assist with organizing team events and activities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1 year of experience in the Recruitment industry
Must be between (25) and (30) years of age
Must have experience with Employee Relations
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
