Description and Requirement

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
  • Matters such as appointing employees and providing orientation must be done from beginning to end
  • Manage job offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Requirements

    • 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Education & Training industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Must be proficient in the process of searching for Candidates from Digital Platforms including Social Media (Facebook, Viber, Telegram, Linkedin).
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Time – 8:30AM to 4:30PM (6 days)
