Responsible for the manpower of the company and accomplishing other HR related duties
Handling Recruitment Process, Payroll, SSB & PIT
Processing about Government Process as EC and SSB etc..
Sit in the interview panel for recruitment as HR representative
Handle orientation and On/Off Boarding of New Employee
Maintain Employee Records (Paper, Google Drive: spreadsheet, google form & Better HR App)
Employee Development Plan Roll Out (Quarterly Employee Engagement Survey)
Arrange the training course and arrange office events (English class training, Workversary, New Year & etc.,)
Conduct disciplinary actions
Must be a Graduate of Human Resources Management or equivalent
Must have at least 2 years of HR experiences
Expert Knowledge of Labour Law and HRIS
Must have a high sense of professionalism and ethics
Good Conversational English (4 Skill)
Must have good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Be able to work under pressure
