Description and Requirement

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the manpower of the company and accomplishing other HR related duties

  • Handling Recruitment Process, Payroll, SSB & PIT

  • Processing about Government Process as EC and SSB etc..

  • Sit in the interview panel for recruitment as HR representative

  • Handle orientation and On/Off Boarding of New Employee

  • Maintain Employee Records (Paper, Google Drive: spreadsheet, google form & Better HR App)

  • Employee Development Plan Roll Out (Quarterly Employee Engagement Survey)

  • Arrange the training course and arrange office events (English class training, Workversary, New Year & etc.,)

  • Conduct disciplinary actions

Requirements

  • Must be a Graduate of Human Resources Management or equivalent

  • Must have at least 2 years of HR experiences

  • Expert Knowledge of Labour Law and HRIS

  • Must have a high sense of professionalism and ethics

  • Good Conversational English (4 Skill)

  • Must have good problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Be able to work under pressure
