· Preparing and coordinating in monthly budget variance
· Preparing financial analyses and reports
· Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
· Coordinating accounting functions and programs
· Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
· Verifying, posting and reconcile transactions cash and bank transitions

. Developing and maintaining a system of control, procedures, and forms for recording Fixed Assets.
· Recording Fixed Assets Depreciation in the system and Calculation depreciation for all Fixed Assets
· Reviewing and updating the detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and Accumulated depreciation
· Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
· Assisting with annual audit preparations
· Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
· Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns
. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
· Performing other accounting duties, supporting and guiding junior staff as required or assigned
· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance field (B.Com).
· Preferably ACCA part 2, DiplFRs
· 5+ years of working experience especially in Cost Accounting from a background in the manufacturing industry is preferred
· Working knowledge of tax laws
· Strong financial analysis skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong organizational and stress management skills
· Proficiency in Office Suite
· Ability to train and manage staff
