Warehouse Supervisor

Description and Requirement

Objectives

To meet Quality objectives of Warehouse department, to decrease and break through the risk level and supervise goods receiving, storage and stock handling, goods loading and delivery, compliant handling, return and disposal process and all the related matter related with warehousing.

(1)   Skills and Capabilities Requirement

• Monitoring: Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Coordination: Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
• Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made.

·         Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

·         Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.

·         Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.

·         Instructing: Teaching others how to do something.

(2)   Qualifications

-       Any Bachelor Degree holders

-       Certificate in related subject.

(3)   Experience

-       Minimum three years experiences in Warehouse Management.
