Assist various office administrative duties including daily catering and logistics, support for meetings and staff activities. Coordinate travel arrangements: air-ticket, hotels , visa etc. Provide administrative support including data-entry recording, printing, filing duties etc. Assist the update administrative filing documents.

Dock with the Environmental Protection Bureau during the construction period. Responsible for various environmental protection permits during the construction period. Assist environmental monitoring agencies to conduct evaluations and submit reports. Responsible for the construction quality and progress of environmental protection facilities.

Department engineering archives and document management. Preparation of the department meeting. Attendance management. To translate and interpret from source language from target language. Department daily work, etc. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Participate in the whole bidding procedure, contract drafting, reviewing, editing, negotiating, commenting and signing process. Commercial negotiation with Government Departments, Agent, other Companies etc.Commercial Correspondence preparation, revision etc. Financial Data analyze and statistics. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Manages all engineering activities within a department including design, development, production, and testing. Implements and maintains overall engineering objectives and initiatives. Confronts and solves performance/ operational issues to improve development efficiency. Leads and develops the engineering team.

• Thai or Burmese nationality, preferably age 28 years up. • At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience or related fields (preferably Administrative or Logistic and procurement). . Project Location: 220 MWDC Minbu Solar Power Plant. Minbu – Ann road, Magway region, Myanmar.
