Job Description/Requirements
·· Create and execute learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives
· Work with Head of Organizational Development to evaluate individual and organizational development needs
· Work closely with various leaders across the organization and have full understanding of their units and training requirements including leadership building programs
· Deploy various learning methods and different styles of training techniques companywide
· Develop, implement and continue to manage E-learning platform
· Build and lead a content development team to create internal & external learning contents
· Search and connect with external specialists/ third party training providers and supervise when hired
Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress and result of the executed learning programs .
Qualification
· Good knowledge and experience in using E-learning platform
· experience of working as L&D Manager, Training Manager or other relevant position in Medium size organization
· Experience with effective learning and development method
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, with good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
· Excellent skills in MS office – Excel, word, ppt
