Job Description/Requirements

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Maintaining accurate records for all daily transactions and assist with month end closing
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and assisting in generating monthly reports such as Sales Statement and Cash book
  • Assisting in preparing Sales and Customer analysis statements, and calculating
  • Achievement of Marketing Personnel
  • Assisting in Cash Handling and Cash Issue
  • Data Entry, Record and Submission to relevant Authorities as required
  • Email Communication and coordinating with relevant departments
  • To support the other assigned job by Management


Requirements


  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Must have strong work ethics and understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good Email communication skill
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skill
