  • Checking, approved Claim (Payment, Receipt, JV) Vouchers within company policy and
  • Checking, prepare monthly debtor ageing, Sales and Stock Report, Debit Note, Credit Note,
    bank reconciliation, detail payable, receivable, accrual, prepaid, advance
    outstanding reports
  • Assist to Account Manager/Chief Accountant
  • Keep timely update of required documents and proper documentation
  • Duties assigned by department manager. 

Job Requirements

  • B.Com / B.Act / B.A (Eco) degree holder, preferred Diploma in Accounting LCCI - Level- 3
  • Experience of (2) year in Accounting field
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome. 
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in financial statement
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to travel if necessary
  • Communicate with relevant departments, business units & branches.
  • Age under 35 years
