Accountant

• Maintaining Petty Cash inflow & outflow, ensure correctness and integrity of data recorded, reconciliation
• Ensure management of daily cash accounts
• Aware of active monetary policy and instruction of CBM 
• Generate required reports for all payments released and ensure on time bank transfer
• Prepare payment request form for all payment and get approval from authorizer on time
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Follow up and reconcile outstanding custom duty advance 
• Ensure all internal control process compliance before releasing any payment.

Tax:

• Having knowledge Commercial tax and Withholding tax
• Commercial Tax Reconciliation and make CT payment without fine/late fee
• Ensure fundamental requirement of Form 2 , 31 and 32 must get on time and filing in the secure area

Supply Chain Finance:

• BOM analysis on new SKU and existing SKU twice a year
• Issue manual scrap sale invoice
• Archiving financial documentation and updating on a monthly annual basis. (Accrued JV and Schedule).
• Prepare a Spare Part list  and monthly physical counting.
• Monitor and prepare a breakdown of costs expenditure and perform calculations
• Overseeing and analyzing Quarterly cost movement with related teams

Reporting:

• Prepare reports required by various stakeholders
• Responsible for sending monthly GTN tracking for internal process
• Review and approve field sale’ reimbursement at concur system and prepare monthly local payment documents

JOB SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is a must

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in FMCG  is preferred

SKILL/KNOWLEDGE: Accounting & knowledge of applicable local laws, codes and regulations, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

LANGUAGE: Fluent in English
