Job Description/Requirements
• JOB DESCRIPTION
o Performs test checking on the receiving of goods at the outlets/warehouse to see that the procedures are followed correctly and
performs random test counts in the Stores.
o Prepares daily Flash Report of food and beverage costs.
o Verifies outlet open item report to see that correct pricing has been applied
o AR collection from various clients and outlets
o Liaise with the company's bank for various matters
o Additional ad-hoc duties

Position Requirements • QUALIFICATIONS
o University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent.
o Knowledge of food and beverage and other hospitality related industry is a definite plus.
o Must be able to drive to various locations for AR duties
o Must be good in English language in spoken and written form, second language is an advantage
o Must possess a driver's license for AR collection purposes
