Admin and Logistic Assistant (Fauna and Flora International)

Job Summary

This position will be under supervision of Country Director and responsible office administration, logistic and procurement to support of FFI Myanmar Programme activities.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Office Administration

• Act as contact point to internet provider for the maintenance.

• Process in office bill payment such as water bill, electric bill, internet bill etc…

• Greet and welcome visitors to the offices between office hour, informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival. • Monitor and ensure that the reception area is keep tidy.

• Check and sign for deliveries, before information the relevant staff member of their arrival. etc.


Requirement

• Myanmar national

• Knowledge of local content and language is optional requirement

• Good teamwork and team spirit

• University Degree or similar higher education

• Minimum two years of previous working experience in similar position, with INGO is preferable.
