Job Description
· Maintain and support the office equipment and fixed asset
· Schedule meetings and take meeting minute detail
· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, Letters and office document
· Collect office stationary needed every month and buy for office equipment
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/ appointments etc.
· Maintain electrical, air-condition, lighting and heating
· Schedule driving way for every department everyday morning
· Coordinate appointments and travel managements for managers or supervisors
· Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
· To check and balance the fuel usage and fuel control. Then report to admin manager
· Collect the daily admin process and then report back daily accomplishment to admin manager
Job specification
· Prefer Bachelor of Science
· At least 2 Years experiences in related field
· Ages between 25 – 40 years
· Proven admin or assistant experience
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Strong ethics and reliability
· Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
