Job Description/Requirements

  • Job Description
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to  processes
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material 
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  •  Assist in monitoring the tenancy administration system and process .Responsible for the daily operations
  • Review and implement service guideline/ workflow/ operating procedures to streamline the current operations
  • Manage and coordinate the office administration projects, such as office renovation and other important projects, etc.
  • Prepare budgets and monthly reports & Arrange the company activities and outings.
  • Responsible for other duties are assigned by Management
Requirement
  • Qualification level of a degree holder in Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Age not more than (45)
  • Minimum (3) years of working experience in the administrative field
  • Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-Mail, Internet, Myanmar and English Typing
  • Able to work under pressures and challenging situations   
  • Able to work overtime if required
  • Organizational and interpersonal skill
