- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to processes
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Assist in monitoring the tenancy administration system and process .Responsible for the daily operations
- Review and implement service guideline/ workflow/ operating procedures to streamline the current operations
- Manage and coordinate the office administration projects, such as office renovation and other important projects, etc.
- Prepare budgets and monthly reports & Arrange the company activities and outings.
- Responsible for other duties are assigned by Management
Requirement
- Qualification level of a degree holder in Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Age not more than (45)
- Minimum (3) years of working experience in the administrative field
- Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-Mail, Internet, Myanmar and English Typing
- Able to work under pressures and challenging situations
- Able to work overtime if required
- Organizational and interpersonal skill
