- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Purchase the materials concern with admin department supply to organization.
- Responsible for maintenance of office assets , general purchasing
- Monitor on office stocks, equipment and all company vehicles
- Preparing reports on expenses , office budgets and other expenditures
- Hotel and travel agency for booking of accommodation, vehicle and tickets
- Control and monitor all services contracts related to company facilities and utilities
- Maintain and update company databases Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Any graduated and Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum experience of 4 years experiences in administration field.
- Good communication in English Language.
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point )
