Job Description/Requirements


  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Purchase the materials concern with admin department supply to organization.
  • Responsible for maintenance of office assets , general purchasing 
  • Monitor on office stocks, equipment and all company vehicles
  • Preparing reports on expenses , office budgets and other expenditures
  • Hotel and travel agency for booking of accommodation, vehicle and tickets
  • Control and monitor all services contracts related to company facilities and utilities
  • Maintain and update company databases Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated and Diploma in Business Administration 
  • Minimum experience of 4 years experiences in administration field.
  • Good communication in English Language.
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point )
