Job Description/Requirements
Assist to HR Manager for compliance of HR matters with Myanmar Labour Law and Company guidelines
Assist in required responsibilities and tasks for staff vacancy announcement and recruitment process
Assist in conducting staff performance appraisal and performance assessments
Effectively run monthly payroll for all employees
Data Entry of individual staff records for leave, training, health and other staff matters
Coordinate the recruitment process with all departments
Deliver HR Services as required in the areas of Training and Development, Security and Safety, Staff Engagement and Staff Welfare Management
Prepare and provide ID Cards, Business Cards, Stationery for all new joiners
Up to date information of Government Announcement on the revision of Laws and Legislations
Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
