Job Descriptions

Assist in overall office admin duties and activities of internal Admin Department. Handle assigned admin daily duties, updating and maintaining records in data resources weekly and monthly. Handle office supplies stocks inventory, assets control and ordering under supervision of the Department Head. Prepare the rent or purchase payment request forms timely and punctually. Check and follow up the admin related financial invoices and payments daily and weekly. Arrange vehicle control and fleet management. Assistant in implementing admin projects and other related jobs as assigned.

 Job Specifications
 - Must have a driver's license.
-Must be a graduate.
-Must understand vehicle repair.
