The Admin Supervisor is responsible for coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements

Job description  

Ø  File management and common document writing.

Ø  Recording information as needed.

Ø  Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Ø  Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Ø  Helping organizes and maintains office common areas.

Ø  Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Ø  Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required. Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Ø  Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Ø  Good communication and public relation skill and have a sense of responsibility and have participatory spirit teamwork;

Desired Skills and Expertise

Ø  age 25  to 30

Ø  Experience:  (2) year experiences with related fields.

Ø  Any Graduate

Ø  Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

Ø  Warm personality with strong communication skills.

Ø  Great communication skills
