Job Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
  • Providing administration support to all staff
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed


Minimum Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Good English and Microsoft office skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly passionate, aggressive, good teamwork, honest and accountable
