- Support business manager in the following ways:
- Monthly TMA preparation
- Meeting and Travel arrangement
- Fixed Assets Procurement and Management
- Monthly Report, i.e., reporting line update, training completion status
- Interdepartmental communication on behalf of Business Unit
- Business unit announcement on behalf of Business Manager
- Manuscript preparation, i.e., processing through MS Word, Excel
- Initiate and run administrative processes
Job Requirements
- Graduate with Bachelor degree and above
- Up to two years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and techniques of administrative management
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
