Job Summary
Assist various office administrative duties including daily catering and logistics, support for meetings and staff activities. Coordinate travel arrangements: air-ticket, hotels , visa etc. Provide administrative support including data-entry recording, printing, filing duties etc. Assist the update administrative filing documents.
