Job Description/Requirements
For Admin Responsibilities
· To plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of an organization such as record keeping, mail distribution, and other office support service
· Document control, coordination with other department and assist to contracting process
· Business cards, official stationeries and other communication items including sign, stickers for advertising for all projects
· Accomplishes staff result by communicating job expectations ; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordination and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
· Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances
· Working with other administrative assistants to plan and coordinate meetings
· Establishes, organizes, and maintains system (hardcopy and electronic) for filing of records
· Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
· Manage & Maintain vehicle, generator, etc.
For HR Responsibilities
· Assess current and future business constructs and the corresponding HR service requirements these demand;
· Collaborate across the different business units in HR, including labor relations, staffing, training and development, metrics, and compensation and benefits.
· Provide HR leadership to significant change initiatives and
· Provide service of current business constructs for the following: compensation, benefit and policy/procedures for applicability of evolving business needs.
· Identify, coordinate, and lead HR efforts across various business units.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
· Any Degree (MBA would be preferable)
· Must have knowledge in HR policies and procedures
· At least 10 years experience in HR/Admin Management
· Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Initiative, positive attitude and able to do multi tasks
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision and efficient manner
- Responds resourcefully, flexibly and positively when faced with challenges and demands
- Manages tasks to effectively and efficiently complete work responsibilities of self and others
