Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Creating an annual content calendar

·         Aligning in-store promotions with online activities

·         Creating and publishing original, creative content relevant to the brand

·         Manage and oversee all social advertising campaigns

·         Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content

·         Identifying target customers

·         Increasing brand awareness and customer engagement

·         Responding and engaging with the audience

·         Converting fans into customers (outlined in marketing plan)

·         Reporting on efficiency and impact of ads (engagement analysis, Facebook boosting, post insights and strategy, etc).

·         Designing graphics and visuals for each post


Requirements:


Proficient in English and Burmese

·         Proficient in content writing and management

·         Excellent writing and communication skills

·         Experienced in Facebook management and online marketing

·         In-depth knowledge of social media platforms

·         Demonstrates creativity in content and visuals

·         Maintains knowledge of current trends online

·         Maintains technical skills

·         Skilled in graphic design

·         Ability to prioritize tasks

·         Analytical yet creative mindset
