Job Description/Requirements

- Promote product presentation to potential customers

- Show product demo to potential customer to drive sale

- Collaborate with supply chain management team for proper inventory management and handling during distribution of medical equipment

- Assist in installation, maintenance and commissioning of products

- Responsible for application training to doctors & nurses in OT, ICU, Emergency Department, OPD and wards for proper usage of medical equipment

- Solve complaints from customers and application errors

- Regular customer visits and check the in-use equipment are used to the utmost

- Support sale persons by initiating product upgrades and new features

- Develop training programs and educational workshop according to customers’ need

- Share and train the application to new members

Job Requirements

- B. Med Tech. (Medical Imaging Technology)

- 2 years of working experience as Ultrasound Products and application Specialist

- Background clinical knowledge and understanding of applications and technology of medical equipment concerning with Imaging.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Myanmar

- Computer and Internet skill

- Strong customer service orientation

- Be able to work in a team-orientated, collaborative environment

- Willingness to travel
