Job Description/Requirements

  • Work closely with sales team to achieve overall business objectives and sales target
  • Train, build capacity and provide coaching for sales team
  • Follow up daily Sales people performance
  • Prepare sales actions plan, targets and sales performance reports and review the sales activities against these criteria
  • Provide sales support including sales support materials and etc
  • Build and deepen relationship with branch managers and the bank sales employees
  • Facilitate communication between bank front line sales and client’s internal team
  • Attend weekly or biweekly meeting with senior people for production updates and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor Compliance Management
  • Assist Line Manager to make partnership agreement for new bank or non-bank distribution partners
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Banking
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Banks, Insurance or related
  • industries as a Relationship Manager or in Customer Service
    • Basic knowledge of Banking and insurance
