Proper Phase Evaluation survey conducted and set up proper indicators for the whole Transition of AP
design with the support of technical department and DME team and Zonal Team.
Provide ongoing caring, encouragement, coaching and leadership in developing staff capacity according to the
requirement of organization and individual staff development.
Regular capacity building program for community groups and CBOs through training sessions and provide on
Focus the ministry for greater impact on local partnering, staff capacity building, staff care and support,
coaching staff, monitoring, UN agencies, INGOs, cooperate partner, Government sector departments, etc.
Ensure program smoothly running to meet each target with organization policies, guidelines and frameworks
Ensure and Promote servant leadership practice and showing the love of God and his leadership style among
AP team members.
Require knowledge and skills
Bachelor Degree in any degree. Master Degree in Development Studies is preferable.
5 years of working experience in community development or related field.
Excellent communication, persuasion, cooperation and decision making skills.
Proven experience as a team player and servant leadership.
Good knowledge of World Vision Myanmar and its operations.
Excellent knowledge in report writing.
