Accountabilities
- Sub-D appraisal per month
- Sub-D Sales Supervisor appraisal per month
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Assist with the development of sales presentations
- New Sub-D extension plan
- Sub-D mobiles trips cost
- Control with Sub-D Supervisors expenses
- Coverage Achievement (%)
- Accountability for Sub-D Supervisors
- Distribution system
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Sales trend previous & future
- Sales forecast & target achievement
- Two weeks stock must be control
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
- Develop promotional ideas and material
Reporting System

- Sub-D Supervisor Appraisal report by month
- Sub-D Appraisal report by month
- Sub-D Sales Target & Achievement
- Action Plan by month
- Update Distribution reach by Key SKUs
- Suggest actions to counter competition

Requirement
 Any Graduate
 -At least 5 years of relevant work experience , primarily in foodservice or in a B2B food setting
 -experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
 -technical sales skills and knowledge of market research
 -proven experience in customer relationship management
 -experience in managing and directing a sales team
 -relevant product and industry knowledge
