Job Description

·  Regional Sales Supervisor be a person who stay in Kachin State

·  To achieve the monthly target of tractors, implements and parts

·  Working together with Regional sales representatives

·  Good relationship with Government departments as MADB, MEB and AMD

·  Close working with regional Branch of YOMA, MCB and CB Bank

·  Need to regularly report to Sales Manager for weekly and daily in special cases

·  Need to make the plan for weekly and monthly delivery plan on time

·  Need to try to cover the whole agricultural market for Kachin Region

·  To get the key farmers and key customers for CAL-JD Business

·  To search the effective CSA and need to support to get the effective parts reseller and good OSC.

·  Ability to work under pressure and manage personal effectiveness in face of challenge. Demonstrates an approach to work that is characterized by commitment, energy and motivation.

·  Should have the Agricultural products selling experiences

·  Goodly known the Agricultural products knowledge and good relationship with regional and key farmers

·  Regularly provide the CRM and good relation with regional Government

·  Need to known the regional farmers behavior and crops

·  Goodly to know the markets situation and can travel driven by company car

·  Daily report for CSA and farmers requirements for Sales, Services and Parts

·  Close working with Marketing and Aftersales Department

·  Regularly follow up to regional relative bank to get the cash fast and to avoid AR

·  Need to provide the crops season and demonstration plan for Marketing

. Forward thinking and proactive with judgment, direction setting and achieving of targets. Able to lead management and operational teams, creating a climate in which team members have a desire for results and are able to realize their potential.

. Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse and multi-cultural workforce in a variety of locations, working cooperatively with others
