Assistant Accountant
Job Summary
Must have bachelor degree in any subject and minimum LCCI level III or ACCA Part I completion Minimum 2 years' experience in related field

Job Description/Requirements
- Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
- Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Managing company ledgers and processing business expenses
- Coordinating internal and external audits
- Verifying bank deposits and completing bank reconciliations
- Managing day to day transactions and monthly budgeting tasks
- Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
- Posting daily receipt
- Preparing annual budgets and completing the year -end analysis
- Reporting on debtors and creditors
- Handing accruals and prepayments
- Encoding accounting entries for data processing
- Sorting financial documents
- Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
- Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
Skill and Qualifications
- Must have bachelor degree in any subject and minimum LCCI level III ACCA Part I completion
- Minimum 2 years' experience in related field
- Must have experience at data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Well detail oriented and organized
- Will to learn
- Well disciplined & honesty
