- To plan and implement Channel Development Strategy for Sales and Distribution.
- Manage Relationship with Distributors in assigned Region, and try to improve sales from them.
- Manage Distributor Sales force with a team of Channel Development Executives for assigned Region.
- Analyze and report Sales and Distribution situation in assigned Region.
- Manage Target and try to achieve within settled period for assigned Region.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in Sales and Distribution Management in a must.
- Communication and Presentation skills in English
- Customer Relationship Management Skill is essential
- Must have knowledge of analyzing Market Situation.
