Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Financial Statements, Reports and Records collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
• Perform Calculation cost per unit, payment plan, fine and interest etc.
• Collect third party on time
• Receivable collect from third party on time
• Bank Reconciliations
• Perform cashflow forecasting, receivable collect on time
• Manage and supervise day to day financial operation and support the process
• Auditing and verification of related documents
• Review and evaluate Financial matters,  payment to suppliers and receipt from customers and the forecast for monthly cash flow
• Manage the showroom’s petty cash flow
• Submit regular reports to the Management as required
• Responsible for the Finance & Account Department

Skills

• B. Com (or) Any graduated + Finance and Accounting Diploma
• Ate least 3 years’ experience in related field
• Good in ITC skills (Email, Internet, Microsoft Office)
• Good in English 4 skills
• Experience in accounting software experience
• Knowledge in automobile industry
• Ability to meet deadline effectively and efficiently

• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
