Job Description

- Recruiting, training and supervising ( FOH & BOH ) staff

- Ordering supplies

- Producing stock levels
- Greeting and advising customer & Customer service and teamwork

- Overseeing stock levels & food court area
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guideline

- Check food quality & Cleaning, Eating area and kitchen area to all outlet

- Preparing and presenting staffing/sale report

- Setting targets

- Handling and improving profitability

- Agreeing and managing budgets

- Handling administration and paperwork

- Liaising with customer, employees, suppliers and sale representatives

- Making improvements to running of the business and developing the restaurant

- Report to manager
