1)    Leading to all Department (For AGT and Than Su San construction)

2)    Maintain (company image), good culture, other goods activities 

3)    Planning, consulting to top management level/ supervise & provide strategic utilization                                                                             

4)    Implementing/ embody (Disciplines/ JD/ SOP) personal data collection

5)    Evaluating employee relation & industrial relation (Counseling, Compensation, Benefits, Safety, Performance, Staffing Level, Defining & designing work) 

6)    Human Resource Policies (modified to standard level) 

7)    Arrange programs (development training, labor law/ Federal Tax Law)

8)    Motivation& practices (Employee personal & organization skills, knowledge & abilities, attitude) 

9)    Recruiting (suitable candidate), Redundancies

10) Smooth & Profitable operation of a company’s HR department
