1.Asst; HR Manager (MDY Office)                                                         Male(1)Post

Requirements & Responsibilities

-Any Graduated / Diploma in HR or any related discipline.
-Between (27 to 35) years.
-Must be able to use English 4skills and Computer (Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point).
-5 years of relevant experience in HR domain in a large to mid-sized organization.
-Knowledge of human resources processes, best practices and labour Law.
-Ability to analyze data and solve problems. Resolve any employee conflict situations.
-Coordinate performance review process including termination, disciplinary action.
-To prepare Daily reports for submission to the General Manager and Managing Director.
-Apply polices/procedures to recruitment and Selection , training and Development , reward
and recognize employees.
-Able to work independently. Reinforce the established Policies & Procedures, Rules & Regulation.
