Job Description

- Any graduate or bachelor degree

-Diploma in HRM (or) HRD will be preferred

-minimum (3 to 5 years) experience in related field

-Good knowledge of HR Strategy,Planning,Analyzing ,researching , Surveying skills

-Good Computer Skills

-Knowledge of labour law and overall HR Function

-Good Communication & Management Skills

-Responsible and report to HR Manager

-Make orientation and explain the company rules and regulations to new employees.

-Prepare and arrange social afairs and welfare of employees.

-Implement the training needs analysis and plan for internal and external trainings.

-Make the Performance Appraisal of employees.

-Team Work with any Department & Organization

-English communication skills, both written and spoken

-Age between 30-35 years
