Responsibilities:
Provide support in the full spectrum of HR function to the Company
Maintain and update staff’s personnel files and personal database
Assist in staff leave and attendance record management
Assist in recruitment and selection workers
Support in all other office administration
Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of HR/Admin experience
• Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English language (both oral and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred
