Assistant Manager (Distributor Management)

Job Summary

Assistant Manager for Sub-distributors function is to develop Sub-distributors' business.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Management level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


  •  Monitoring stock levels for minimum 2 weeks buffer stock, sell out data by Distributors.
  • Confirm the shipment with distributors.
  • Motivate and build a good relationship with the distributors.
  • Work with and improve distributor’s sales team.
  • Conduct business review with distributors and control center.
  • Support the distributor to manage and develop the sales.
  •  Develop promotion programs, execute, monitor, evaluate and report the result by distributor.
  • Had experience of Distributor Recruit and Dismiss.


Requirements:


  •      Must have more than 5-year experience in distributor management in FMCG Industries.
  •      Sales & Distribution knowledge and channel development experience in beverages would be advantage.
  •      Good teamwork skills and the ability to communicate and building network with distributors.
  •      Strongly good management skills and can work under stress.
  •      Must be fluent in English.
  •      Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  •       Able to travel.
