Job Description/Requirements

Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Assistant Merchant Operations Manager to grow our GrabFood and GrabMart businesses. We believe a successful candidate is obsessed with problem solving and smoothening processes, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required to drive and lead the growth of the deliveries business. In return, you will get an opportunity to work with and learn from the greatest talents across the Southeast Asia region.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Working with the Head of Deliveries on GrabFood Merchant Operations Processes
  • Mainly responsible for merchant onboarding, promotion creation processes while providing best-in-class merchant experience.
  • Leading in operations support activities to ensure seamless GrabFood operations and improvement in key business metrics
  • Initiate and execute standard operating procedures to resolve operational issues in a timely manner with high customers and partners satisfactions
  • Iterate standard operating procedures through feedback gathered from customers, partners, and internal support agents
  • Provide insightful reporting that can capture and prioritize operational gaps where business impact is high

The Must-Haves

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in E-commerce Operations or Marketing Agency Roles
  • Passionate in problem solving and optimizing processes
  • Bachelor (or above) degree of any Major.
  • Strong proficiency in using software and web-based tools
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Burmese
  • Be very organized and communicate well
