- Overall Responsibility
§ Lead to achieve hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team under the instructions of Sales Manager.
§ Lead to design and implement a strategic sales plan and ensure to increase sales and develop Midea RAC Products
§ Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team
§ Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
§ Setting sales targets, allocating areas sales and proceed the route plans for team.
§ Create and maintain strong dealer relationship and Direct Customers
§ Collecting customer feedback and the competitor information.
§ Involving with Marketing due to products launching, trade shows and seminars
§ Prepare the data for weekly AR Meetings, Sales Meetings and Marketing Meetings
§ Prepare and submit daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports to Sales Manager

§ Between (27) and (35) year old.
§ Effective relationship building skills, Communication skill and Leadership skill

§ Excel, PPT, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Modern Apps
§ Sales/ Marketing/ Leadership/ Management Certificate or Diploma
4. Experience & Educational Requirements
§ Bachelor Degree
§ Engineering Knowledge is more preferred
§ Sales/ Leadership/ Management Diploma is more preferred
§ Accounting Knowledge is more preferred
§ Experience in Recidential Aircon Field at least 3 years
5. Other Key Information
§ Male is more preferred
§ Can Drive car and hold license is more preferred.
