Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzing current and past financial performance and data
  • Keeping track on current business performance and identifying market trends
  • Preparing and reviewing reports (e.g. GL, PL and outstanding)
  • Communicating and liaising with various internal departments
  • Understand customers needs and develop plans that will meet the needs of customers
  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Promote high-quality sales and cross-selling opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively
  • Help promote and maintain a positive image


  • Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or similar fields
  • Understanding and interest in banking products
  • Ability to analyze and research information, and ease with numbers.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving attitude
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage multitasking
