My client company is currently looking for result oriented candidate with good leadership skills.
- Investigate and troubleshoot the technical problems encountered
- Investigate the issues escalated from Customer Care team.
- Communicate with other internal/external teams about technical problems
- Prepare new features’ presentation and technical process to partner’s technical team
- Support the integration with company’s products and services at both UAT and Production systems
- Prepare SOP, FAQ and User Guide for the procedures and features
- Prepare reports for the products’ features, progress of the tasks/merchants, etc
- Prepare Test Cases and Scenarios before launching
- Perform daily batch jobs and operational functions within the systems
- Lead team members
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
- IT Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT or Payment field with at least 2 years of software development experience and 2 years of
- Rich knowledge of Microsoft .Net platform.
- Able to use IT software application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to operate in a fast pace.
- Able to travel local and oversea.
