  •      Supervise the activities of sales representatives
  •      Responsible for day-to-day sales team operation
  •      Preparing daily, weekly, monthly route plan
  •      Implementing sales force preparation
  •      Preparing Sales force schedule and plan
  •      Organizing for sales data survey and analysis
  •      Assist to Operation Manger


Job Requirements: 


  •       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Myanmar & English 
  •       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  •       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  •       Strong supervisory and leadership skills. 
  •       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  •       Any graduated / Master's degree, MBA or a related advanced degree preferred.
  •       Minimum (5) year experiences in Sales & Marketing field.
