Job Description/Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
· Keep track on the latest information, technology or innovation related to Transmission & Distribution industry locally and globally;
· Develop and implement lead strategic partnerships with key suppliers to share risks and benefit (e.g. Costs, Service and Quality);
· Liaise extensively and support BD and S&M to get competitive proposal (Commercial/Technical) for participated tenders;
· Prepare and coordinate with the procurement team in preparation of Procurement Plan;
· Prepare and implement whole process of sourcing up to contract preparation;
· Negotiate with supplier and prepares contract, purchase order and change orders documents;
· Coordinates with Logistics team for packing, transport and shipment, import/export customs & duties and preparation of shipping documents;
· Maintain relationship with key supplier and actively engage to address issues;
· Analyze reports on market trends, supply and demand, and status of orders and forecast payment schedules, etc.;
· Assist Logistics team in coordination with project team for the delivery of equipment and supplies at site;
· Coordinate with Logistics, BD & Sale and Engineering for after sales service issue;
· Manage KPI's and customer requirements;
· Ensure Data/File/System are kept properly and recorded within the department (e.g. Quotations, Offer Summary, PO, PA, TA, Suppliers' contacts);
· Prepares procurement weekly and quarterly report;
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Power or Electronics Communication) or equivalent Degree with relevant experiences in the procurement field;
· Diploma in procurement or supply chain management advantageous;
· At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in procurement for EPC companies handling M&E fabricators, subcontractors, vendors of rotary and static equipment, bulk material piping valves, control systems, electrical Transmission and Distribution Product, etc.;
· Knowledgeable in global practices for purchasing and contracts;
· International EPC contractor background advantageous;
· Strong background and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

· Average level in spoken and written English
Can able to meet with vendors and travel to project sites
