· Collaborate with different parties to meet customers’ expectations.
· Meet targets on customer acquisition and product sales on monthly basis.
· Work with company management and external parties to develop sales strategies and plans.
· Set up yearly sales forecasting plan and advertising plan
· Must have the good creative idea for sales strategies (Sales Policy and Pricing Policy etc)
· To have Credit Limit setup and Credit Terms Management Cash Flow Management also.
· Can do that monitoring sales volume and cash collection.
· Prepare sales data formatting for sales admin and can do PLC Analyze.
· Consistently monitors and evaluates sales performance.
· Ability to motivate and lead a team
· Any degree holder
· Must have Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management
· Age (Above 30)
· Minimum (4) years experience in Sales & Marketing (Tyre Distribution is more preferable).
· Team Player with proven ability to work under pressure.
· Good in Computer Literacy and English
· Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Management.
